Here's some of the basic clothing items to start the year with:
JEANS:
I am a jean fanatic, i could say i have too many pairs of jeans, but i will never stop buying them. Every girl needs a pair of skinny jeans and a regular pair of bootcut jeans. My favorite are the dark colored skinny jeans. You can dress these up or down, wear them with heels, boots, or sandals easily. When it comes to colored jeans i say it's a yes! Personally, i have mint and red. Red for the razorback games, which can be paired with cute white, black, gray, and cream tops. Mint, a really fab color, that can transition from all seasons that you can pair with white, cream, gray, tan, black, peach, and many more colors. Did i mention that these jeans also look great with the trendy tall leather boots?
TEES&V-NECKS:
Wake up late? Throw on a tee or a v-neck shirt with you skinny or bootcut jeans, maybe a scarf, cute shoes, and theres a cute outfit. Simple and easy.
CARDIGANS:
For when it's chilly in your class and you don't want to ruin your outfit, bring a light cardigan. Keep the colors neutral so that you can wear your cardigans with several different outfits. 3/4 sleeve, and a long sleeve are great to start out with.
T-SHIRTS:
I know some of you girly-girls are like "whaaaat" but you can find cute girly t-shirts now a days and for when you just don't have the energy, or enough coffee to stare at your closet and go through outfits, having a few t-shirts will come in hand!(these are at Impressions Boutique & Gifts)
LEGGINGS:
I am a huge fan of being comfy no matter what, so leggings with a cute t-shirt or a v-neck is always a do. I keep it simple and have several black and charcoal gray pairs, however, i have been seeing some really cute patterned ones that would go great with a lot things too.
Other Must-Haves:
MAXI SKIRTS:
You can wear them with your basic tees or v-necks.
and of course..
RAZORBACK RED:
RAZORBACK RED:
Red dresses are always cute, you can pair them with some cute sandals or boots. Button-up shirts are really in
right now, get one in red and glam it up! A cute top with red jeans, or a red skirt is an easy outfit to rock.
A red blazer not only goes with a lot of things outside of Razorback games, but it gives you a
chic and sophisticated look. Here's some ideas for your game day apparel. WOO PIG SOOIE.
